The Cleveland Life Institute
The Cleveland Life Institute (CLI) is an educational program to teach social entrepreneurship. This program provides the basic elements to set up and manage a non-profit. The program is an abbreviated version of a master’s program combining three elements: 1) classroom instruction and interaction, 2) guest lecturers, who are experts in their fields from Cleveland, and 3) a participate in a community engagement.
Our fifteen-week program covers the basic information to demonstrate how to organize, file, and create a business plan. Among the topics discussed include legal issues, fund raising, grant writing, creating partnerships and making a community impact. Each semester, CLI forms a partnership with another nonprofit for our students for a real-world application to our educational experience.
The program last 15 weeks on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. January 29th to May 13th (with spring and Easter breaks)

The cost for this semester will be just $75 for this semester a saving from $395 regular tuition. (Financial scholarships are available.)
